ARCAM CD192 - Unusual Noise When CD is Loading

I recently bought an Arcam CD192 cd player. When the CD is loading (as the tray closes) there is a brief noise from the machine. Sounds like a short creak (1/2 second) as the machine reads the disc.

The audio performance of the player does not seem to be affected.

Does anyone have the same player with the same noise?
