Arcade Fire

Bought this, listened once, thought *meh*, returned to it after a year and now it's currently my favourite album. Now that Interpol is RIP, Arcade Fire are my favourite band. Have their first album, now gonna get Neon Bible, then Reflektor.

Neon bible is great too, just a shame about Reflektor IMO, not up to their usual standard.

Got Reflektor a week ago. They're definitely trying something new and that is commendable. I understand it's quite polarising, but right up to and including Awful Sound it's undeniably great. Love the Caribbean/Haitian percussion and horns on the first disc.

So an hour's worth of good stuff is worth a solid 4 stars.
