Hi all, another little question . . . .

What is the best and easiest way of arranging music on the phone? . The reason I ask is I've loaded some albums and all the tracks are not in order.....shock horror.

I know there are more important things that I could be doing and worrying over.....

Hi char_lotte. Presumably it's putting them in alphabetical order? Only way I find round it in systems that do that (USB inu streamer for example) is to add a two digit track number beforehand in the filename (01,02 etc). Annoys me (especially when search looks for the first character only) but is only way round it.

Over the next few weeks I plan to start loading all my cd's and recordings onto hard disk ..... so keep an eye out for my amateurish questions...

I have the S1 and my albums have transferred in the correct order (just a statement not a gloat). The only thing I can think of is did you use the Samsung Kies software to transfer (which is what I used rather than dragging across in explorer)

R.G. Davey, Didnt use kies ! In the folders on the phone they are all in order now.....panic over.....for now.

It is a useful tool-clicky- for back up of contacts etc (and music/playlist ) and phone software upgrades.

I found downloading the file by wifi a nightmare so I advise hardwiring to install the program if you want it.
