i still have my toshiba ep30 ... still very good for upscaling DVDs 🙂

and i got to enjoy transformers in hi def for a fiver way before it came out on bluray

sold mine to make room in the rack for new toys, Shame really as it was a smashing piece of kit! Blu ray have only just caught up imo with what tosh had a year ago or more.

I have a 35 in my rack and a 30 in the garage for when it dies. I've bought up every HD-DVD (over a 100) I might ever want for a couple of quid each....
The 35 is a terrific player, although the 60hz/Auto thing still annoys me. Tosh say they are working on a firmware upgrade.....

Still got mine, got the add on to the Xbox 360 (even though it sounds like an aircraft taking off), cost £130 when I got it the day it came out with King Kong. Got loads of films including Bourne box set and Transformers plus bought Full Metal Jacket the other day for £4.

You can get some real bargains on Play and HMV, all my mates got the add on for £30 once the format war ended, that was a real bargain!

Still dont think BD is there yet. But i have been looking at the latest Pio DB players.

I've got the 360 add-on, and about a years worth of films still to watch, so it's going nowhere!

I bought it long after HD-DVD died, and I've pretty much bought every film I wanted that was available on the format.

Great bargain buy

I have the 360 add on too and mine only cost £15 quid from Game, the price of a single Bluray disc! lol Got about 15 films on it so far, but still building up my collection!

Recently replaced my EP30 with a 35 for £180.00. Building up collection for 2 or 3 quid a pop. Great back catalogue of stuff available, and I still think it looks better than BD!

Yep still got my EP30, picked up Shrek3, Oceans 11, Mission Impossible 3-2Disc for £4 each-absolute bargain...........

Im off to get the Harry Potter 1-5,Blood Diamond and Corpse Bride as recommended in the UG to BluRay and for £4 each!!!!!Yipeeeee
