Any difference in sprecs between the Denon 3800BD and Marantz 8002 Blu Ray players?

In a recent review What Hi Fi group tested these two models and said they were similar apart from the fact that the Marantz sounded better. When I rang Marantz technical support the guy said that Denon was a completely different company - I tought these two companies were related. Same size chassis, same maual etc.

It is easy to find out the full spec of the Denon 3800BD on their website but there are much less information on reviews and specs of the Marantz BD8002 Blu Ray Players.

Does anyone know where I can get an in depth review of the Marantz BD8002? Any difference in spec between these two players?

They are two seperate companies, but share the same parent company. D&M holdings This does not mean they do not share technology and designs. As the review went I would probably agree with them. the marantz probably sounds better. than the denon.
