This album was brought to my attention by the Nordost rep. I'd never heard of them before, but there was something familiar about Angus' voice, and after a bit of research, I think I may have heard a track or two of theirs in a film or two.
Anyway, they're brother and sister from Australia, although I thought he sounded English and she sounded Irish. Anyway, both of them have fairly unique sounding voices, which as what drew me to the album. This is their second album.
To top it all off, it sounds rather nicely produced too. I was going to buy the album, but noticed there was a box set on Amazon - this album, and a solo album by each of them, plus a DVD of live material. Thought it might be worth the punt, especially seeing as her solo album was no longer available on Amazon. I then noticed a vinyl version of the box set.... (so I'm hoping I don't like it all too much!)
