Amps for different styles of music ?

Hi everyone,

I was just wondering, are there different amplifiers that suit different styles of music better ?
Like is a Marantz amp better at classical, a denon at electronica, a Roksan at rock music, etc. ?

The same goes with speakers, any brands linked to styles ?

Well my MA's are good with rock music, I can assure you of that 🙂
