Amp Settings - Small or Large Speakers???

I have B&W 685 fronts and M1 rears and have been advised by B&W to set all speakers to "Small". I seem to recall WHF recommending setting speakers to "Large" if possible. Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

Have the same and have the 685 fronts set to Large and the M1s set to Small. After experimentation, this is what I thought sounded best.

I wouldnt always take to much notice of what people recommend on this subject as its best to just try the different settings for yourself.

I personally prefer Large for all mine, When i set them to small all the bass seemed to of vanished from the speakers, all the weight had just gone it was awful to be honest.
