Amp for Dali Ikon 6

Hello Everybody,

Please help me make a choice) I can`t choose an amplifier for my Dali Ikon 6 between Cyrus 6XP and Naim Nait. Maybe another amp? I really need your advice)

You want smooth to extremely smooth for the Dali's.

I can't think of a better match than Arcam or the Musical Fidelity A1.

You will probably ignore this advice, but I'll chuckle to myself as you come back to the forum seeking advice for some speaker cables to tame brightness.

Cyrus and Dali will sound very bright IMO. They work well with Arcam.

Out of the DIVA range A85 would be best suited. Alternatively, the new FMJ range should work well, but i've only heard the entry-level model, which won't get the best from the Dalis IMO.

Try a Roksan Kandy K2, sounded much better than the Cyrus or an Exposure through those speakers.

My A85/P85 combo worked well with Ikon 6. Depends on how much you want to spend.

There's 3 Arcam DiVA A85's on eBay currently; pop for one of them and you wont regret it
