Can't understand why in so many cases DVD's are being sold for example at very low prices such as £5 and then when you go into all the buying options the very same DVD can start off at £5 but end up being £30 in some cases.

Is there a difference in the picture quality between the cheapest and more expensive. Some of the descriptions state Brand New & Factory Sealed but does this also mean that the picture quality is better?

No idea why there's such a spread in prices - presumably you're referring to 'Market Sellers' some of whom must be thinking there are some stupid punters out therer? In a nutshell it's exactly the same product that's on sale and personally I've never had any problems at all buying the cheapest price DVDs or CDs - that's what I nearyl always do unless the Seller states that the box is broken, etc. etc.
