Alternative to Goldring 1012

Hello, I've wrecked my Goldring 1012 stylus, a result of being too clumsy. £120 for a new one!

Is there an inexpensive alternative I can try. I have a Goldring DR2 TT with an RB250 type tone arm.

Not really. You could buy a cheap cartridge, but the pay off is sound quality.

The G1012 punches well above its' weight - I had one on my LP12/Ittok and was glorious.

Most Goldring cartridges and styluses punch well above their weight. I would look at buying a new cart - Goldring 1012 can be picked up for less than 200 notes.

Which makes the stylus at £120 a bargain....

Well, no. If the stylus was sub-100 it would be good value, but for an extra 60-70 quid for catridge and stylus is better.
