Advice on a New amp!

Hi

I have an old sony amp that only decodes DTS, since I have a Plasma Tv and a Bluray player I was thinking of changing the amp.

Now the question is, do you really notice the difference between Dts and Dts Masteraudio? Is it worth the change? If so which amp should I go for between the Sony DH800 or the Yamaha 565?
