Also waiting to hear back - Avatar arrived this morning; I have the 320 which shares the same firmware - already updated to the latest firmware so fingers crossed that does do the job. (From what I've read elsewhere the update a week or so ago was for Avatar, but I may be mis-informed).

My player is Panasonic BD80.

Panasonic have been making a big splash about authoring this disc, It took about 4 mins to load on their own machine, so I think they ought to keep their heads down.

just updated the software on my pioneer bdp320 takes about 10-15 min to download then another 5 min or so to install on your player once its all done your player switches off when this happens switch it on again and should work perfectly this is what i did and had no problems at all

10-15 mins as my internet connection is quite slow my friend has super fast broadband and he done in in about 1 min

I had a different problem.... It was just a very very naff film and I wasted good money at the cinema and a few hours of my life that I cannot get back. It was all glitter and no guts. Usually American dumbing of a passable concept
I should have known better.
