Well i have done it, purchased 3 apple expresses so i can stream music around the house from my ipad for convenience. Purchased an ipod many years ago and only ever used mp3 for the car or when out and about.
All my mp3's in itunes are 192k and got to admit it sounds pretty good....!!!
Will put a CD or record on when i want to relax to some music and not ready re-rip my CD collection to a lossless format, nor am i interested in DAC's or booting windows up to play music.
