8 Ohm Amp - 6 Ohm Speakers

What are the drawbacks of having the impedance of your amp's output not matched to the speakers?

Amp is rated at 80w 8 Ohms - and I want to run Wharfedale Diamond 10.1s - 6 Ohm 100w speakers. Is there anything I should watch out for?
