Will the 5.1 Channel Audio Out allow me to connect my video source to the TV and then connect the audio from the TV to my Denon ACR-4306 amp.

I am concerned as I believe the Denon does not support passing through 3D, so I will need to connect my 3D source (PS3 or Blu-Ray player) directly to the TV.

I thought there was some restriction on sound output for HDCP content and thus I may end up with stereo sound only.

No, but provided you buy a Blu-ray player with multichannel analogue outs you can connect these to the multichannel analogue inputs on the Denon, and the video from the player direct via HDMI to the TV, and you'll be in business...

Thanks for the quick reply.

It looks like I will have to wait for my PS3 to have the 3D movie update in September, as at least the PS3 support a separate digital out.

Indeed, but of course the PS3 won't output HD audio over that digital out, but rather standard DD and DTS, and it's currently my understanding that the PS3 won't do full HD 3D, but rather 1080i, not 1080p.

I understand about the Audio, but various reports are saying that the PS3 will do 1080p for films, but games will be at 720p.
