3D TV too early?

Hey guys, im sorry if this has already been said but i finally watched Avatar, and to tell you the truth i was more impressed with the cadbury advert than all the effect in the film, although this still wasn't bad...but not the WOW factor i was expecting. This came along when scenes where alot of fast moving which to me seemed blurred alot of the time. To me this could be great but just seems like a rushed to push 3D out, and give me the impression 3D TV will not be much better and being rushed out. Does anyone agree with me was i expecting too much?

Blu-ray is still at it's infancy stage in the UK, and has a long way to go before it peaks. 3D TV is a long way off, IMO.
