2 faulty sky hd boxes?

Hey

I had a samsung that had problems turning itself on after sleep, or
would just stop responding, And I would have to turn off at the wall
for 10 min then leave for 10 min then restart, this happened about once
a week, and got fed up and my warranty is ending in feb, and did not
want a dodgy box after warranty, so the guy came out today and said
there was something wrong and he replaced with a Pace.

That worked for 10min and just shut down completly and wont restart.
Well they have been good and are coming back out tomorrow, and they
advised I will be the first of the day.

Should I be asking for a new box, as the one he gave me was a refurb pace.

Unless it's within 28 days of installation,then you're entitled to a new replacement.
