Hi all,

finally got the Denon 1911 last night as my first step in to Home Cinema and went about setting it up. All good so far on Sky HD, PS3 and Sonos but I'm having some trouble with the Wii. I use the component leads, plugging the RGB in to the appropriate inputs on the back of the amp and run the L/R audio to 2 audio inputs. I've set the Wii to the "Game" input (wife friendly), changed the video input to C1 and get pictures but no sound. I can't seem to find an option to set the sound input and the manual is....well, the words chocolate and fireguard spring to mind.

What am I doing wrong? How do I get sound from the Wii?

Which input have you plugged the L/R audio sockets into? It should also be the Game input. If the Game input doesn't have standard L/R sockets, you'll need to assign the Component 1 video to whichever input the L/R audio sockets are plugged into, then choose this input on the amp when you want to use the Wii. That should sort it.
