1080p/24hz support marantz sr-7002

hi, would anyone know if marantz sr-7002 or sr-8002 supports 1080p/24hz passthrough,as far as i know it doesnt upscale,but has 2hdmi outputs and 4 hdmi inputs,if you connect blu-ray player which can output at 1080p/24 wil it pass through to monitor which is capable of outputting this resolution.it is dissapointing marantz have not fitted a scaler,especially as competition is so hot in this range of reciever.
