Hello I've been given the above speakers and would like to use them with my TV and to listen to BBC fm broadcasts. Has anyone any suggestions, new or s/h, up to £500, which would get the best from these old floorstanders? Many thanks Wolverton

Hello I wondered if anyone might have any suggestions. Increasingly I get split second delays in the sound when listening. Increases in frequency the longer I listen. I don't get it on BBCi player( radio or TV) or other radio stations. Has anyone else experienced anything similar? Thank you.

Hi Paradiziac I use Samson Studiodock 3i USB active speakers with my laptop. Would a DAC improve sound quality say for Radio 2, Radio Paradise? What would you think about a subwoofer for this system? Thanks

I have the 3is and though I've nothing to compare them with, the sound is good. If you like a bit of base though you might be better with a subwoofer as well. Maybe the AV40s give you base too. Wolverton
