I've paired my kef q300 with marantz pm6003. I'm very hapy with this combination. Current version of this amp is pm6005 which comes with integrated DAC. You could find second hand pm6004 (http://www.whathifi.com/marantz/pm6004/review) on ebay for 300-350$. which should be a great match.
