When I say 'low' volume I mean 20% or over. Quality improves after 60%volume, but not impressive in any way.. I've not found the 'loudness' setting, but Ive adjusted the tones and the sound modes with little effect.

I stream using the HEOS app. Lower volume is terrible, no bass, no highs, higher volume is somewhat better, but not what I would expect from a £800 system. Do you get decent/good/amazing clarity at low volumes?
