I hope, that the Focal Chorus 706 will mach with my Arcam. I suppose the Focal Aria is over my budget. I wonder if an used Monitor Audio Silver RX 1 would be a good choice, I suppose is better speaker than the Bronze 2

I want to replace my Q Acoustics 3020 speakers (excellent,I want similar sound, but with deeper bass) with bigger bookshelf speakers for stronger bass response. It can be:- Focal Chorus 706 -Dali Zensor 3 - MA Bronze 2 - Castle Knight 2 All speakers are far bigger than little Q Acoustics...

Which one has the best sound? Best sound for me is: dynamic, detalied, fluid with strong bass, rather warm than bright I have Q Acoustics 3020 speakers, I will listen internet radio stations (classical, pop, jazz)

Thank you, so I will buy the Onkyo, is cheaper than Denon, and it has line out exit, so I can connect it to my Arcam stereo amp for louder sound I suppose there is no major difference in sound quality (Onkyo vs. Denon)

I want to avoid bright sounding sytems, so I wonder is the Denon Ceol a warm a sounding cd receiver?

Denon Ceol N 9 or Onkyo CR-N 765 is better sounding? My speakers are Q Acoustics 3020, I listen mainly pop and jazz music. I like music without harshness. I think the Marantz M-CR 611 is very similar sounding with Denon, and the Denon is cheaper.

I had also the same problem with many cd players. There is no solution, I sold all noisy players (excep. Arcam CD 73). It was very noisy: Philips CD 600 series, Denon DCD 685, Nad C 515 BEE, NAD C 525 BEE It was just a little noisy: Arcam Diva CD 72 and 73 It was absolutly whitout noise...

If you like strong and deep bass you must use a subwofer

I would buy Q Acoustics 3020 (I have it! ), however Monitor Audio has stronger and deeper bass.

I sold the Onkyo A 9010 european version (after 3 weeks) because has very unidimensional soundstage (compared with Arcam) and a little bright for me.
