PM6003 is definitely way much better than PM44SE in my opinion. The typical Marantz sound is always there but PM6003 brings out morer. You've got to listen for yourself to know the differences. It's like comparing an old car with a new car.

If you love the sound of 8000A, just stick with it, it could be a bit aging. 650C is a fine player but if you would like to play compressed formats such as wma, mp3, wav, perhaps you should consider Marantz CD6300. It does play normal cds as well with excellence sound at its value. In addition...
