Hell I have the same problem. Marantz cd6004 & pm6004 amplifier My speakers are a pair of focal chorus 726 & 8 ohms. My amp. Protect when listening to music on about 1 oclock. I used another speakers brand and weaker specifications and it problem not solved. Hope somebody's help...
