    Which Headphones For Android Phone?

Since you are running from a phone look into something fully efficient. Since you own the X1 I take it you are into a lively bassy sound. Look no further then the YAMAHA Pro 500. It's basically a closed X1 to my ears but with improvements. Also look into D600 DT770 pro.

    Headphone purchase advice

Heya, The Q701 is excellent but I find it not to be ideal foe your needs. It's ever so slightly warm sounding with a smooth kind of effortless sound. The star is the imaging and soundstage. The P7 was so boring. For the price asked you expect a hifi product and they just don't deliver for me...

    Hifiman HE-500 - review

Good review. I wasn't that impressed with the HE500. I actually preferred the thick, creamy haunting liquid sound of the HD650. I did like the energy up top on the 500 but it didn't give me the spin chills the 650 gave me.

    Denon AH-D600 review

They are exciting especially for explosions. I find them Pretty good. When it comes to gaming I use my Q701 with my mixamp and at night my Shure SRH1540 which are excellent. The D600 in comparison doesn't sound as open sounds typically closed but with a decent soundstage. I find them average...

    Denon 7100 vocals

The D7100 are easy to drive. They are just as sensitive as the D600. Both Denons are thin in the mids but your experience does sound odd. Try get yourself a D600 cable it's the same jogh end cable but a 3.5mm. I've got a cable for sale if you are interested.

    Headphones For £100-£200

At your price point it's just full of different flavors. Two headphones stand out to my at this price and thats the Mrspeakers Mad Dog and Denon AH D600. I think Sennheisers closed range are quite poor. The on ear momentum hasmore attack but that grainy sound was not nice. P5 are also rubbish...

Buying p7s on eBay. Warranty from b&w?

The warranty has to be honored in the UK no matter what if it's a genuine product. Brand new you are pretty much coverd for about 3 to 4 years because headphones are expect to to last for quite a long time. Keep the product number and serial number and you are good.

    Sennheniser Momentum vs akg 451

It sounds like they don't meet your requirements. If you want closer to he 650 in a closed sound look into the Shure SRH1540 these sound better with a strong bass pressence but with that lush and intimate midrange the 650 have. If not look into the Mad Dog which are excellent! they do lack...

    Audez LCD-3s

Never heard the LCD3 and I don't want to because I can't afford them. I have heard the LCD2 and I can tell you they are just beyond anything I thought was possible in Hifi. I've heard the HD800 and while they where detailed and excellent. They didn't excite me for music unless it was for my...

V-MODA XS Headphone in Pearl White with Custom Plates

Demoed a pair today. Not bad, I prefer the looks of the M100 these where a bit toyish in comparison. I think I'm going off these sorts of drivers cause apart from Denons I'm a complete Planar magnetic head. That said I thought for a small portable headphone these where not bad.
