I'm sure there is an easy answer to this. Why is it that, even when broadcast in HD, some programs seem to have a kind of grain or fuzziness to the picture. My immediate examples would be The Following and The Walking Dead.

Hi Gel, the settings were from somewhere on the net plus a few adjustments I made. To be honest I'm pretty happy with the picture in general and it was more on the HP films that these dark areas were appearing. thanks for that link Son ...I agree , getting the set calibrated would be the ideal...

Hold on a minute John Lewis.....is this legal? Last week I posted on here that JL had price matched the LG 930 at £1529 until 11/11.. strange that their website now states its £1619 until the same date ....surely that's Naughty Naughty John Lewis!!
