GF is moving over from Canada and has an Onkyo TX-NR809 but it uses 110v power and we 220v over here. I have a transformer, would it be safe to use one on an AVR so that it can run on 220v? Any advice appreciated
Seems the minister of finance and warfare has vetoed any floor standing speakers, so RX6 is no longer an option, so it would have to be RX2, Apex or GX50/100. The setup would really be for movies (80-90%) so which would fare better between the apex and RX, understandably the GX is better still...
