    Hi Paul Clark , my set up is Panasonic TV optical cable out to a C.A. Dacmagic then RCA to my C.A. axa35 Amp . My Panasonic bluray Is HDMI to the TV . The sound is fantastic, if you must use optical out from the bluray , look for a used Dacmagic that has multi optical in .
