Steve did my calibration and I love the results it was nice to have him here and explain all the calibrations he was making and why as soon as I buy a 4k projector he will be back............ :) :cheers:

I had my system calibrated last week and I love the results my projector needed the most calibration, whilst my pioneer tv was quite quick Steve Withers from stormfront did a great job of explaining everything and tolerating someone who by his standard is truly a novice thanks Steve :cheers:

All I want from any player is to put any disc in the tray and it plays.......... thankfully with the marantz that the case but why do we have to pay large sums of money for something so simple

Always run the Audyssey test. it never hurts and will take 10 mins

I can on my 7007, I'm running B&W speakers with a Rel 328 sub ( very good sub) and in pure stereo mode my sub runs with my main speakers my sub has both LFE connected and high level connected

I too brought the 7007, :cheers: In the past ive had pioneer amps, the marantz replaced my onkyo which ran so hot that you could fry eggs on it Before I replaced my amp I had brought a pioneer blu ray player ( the 54 I think ), I had major problems with it so it went back to Sevenoaks...

Revisited the Shining on blu ray, love that film :twisted:
