Hi, based on all the replies here ... I'm on to plan B!!! Negotiations went well, I'm looking into placing speakers on both sides of the cabinet. The JBL L82 MKII seems to get great reviews. Thanks for your help!!!

That's a good point ... I'm willing to spend somewhere up to 4000 USD on speakers. I'm aware of my limitations inside these doors, but that's my reality! :) Any info/help would be great!!!
