Thanks for your reply. Hoo boy! Looks like a headphone amp will have to wait then. This is a cheap 'n cheerful system I am putting together and I certainly don't have the kind of dosh that many high end headphone amps demand, including Quad's own PA-One. (s i g h i n g . . .)
