Just started a few days ago. Qobuz on Iphone and PC works fine. Anyone with the same problem? Any suggestions

I get no sound when streaming Qobuz at cd or hi res setting -- only get sound at 320 kbps. Have two late model Samsung Smart TVs -- one connected to 5.1 soundbar and one to a Dennon AVR S660h receiver, both via HDMI arc. I am using Dolby Digital plus. Qubol app is on my TVs. I contacted Samsung...
