Agreed. I’ve never heard anyone say the 7 series of the 90’s were bad speakers. The 753’s were renowned for their build quality.

As is always the case, the more I’m reading about the 8000A, the more every article or forum post seems to push towards 8000C/8000P combo ownership.. Which was actually previously suggested on the thread by a member in the know. Has anyone experience of this 2 piece? Have I settled too early...
