You are absolutely correct about the drivers. I believe I bought my pair back in 1999 or so at a closeout price. The funny thing is that they were not marketed as "Cotswold's" but as RTL2's. The boxes they came in said RTL2 as well! I strongly suspect that the Cotswold was a successor model...
