In the higher end of the price range I think the Kii Audio THREE are one of the finest and meets your requirements. On the lower end of the price range I was looking for something similar, so I would say my own system.

I do not know your budget but the ProAc Studio 118 fit your specs.

I am using Dirac Live to neutralize playback. A neutral presentation is in my experience (much) more relaxed, no listening fatigue anymore, especially with longer listening sessions.

I almost fully agree. Two remarks, first, if you get your room acoustics right it's also possible to perceive a huge 3D soundspace and hear all details with loudspeakers. In many situations details are lost because of the far from neutral acoustics. Second, I have never heard good stereo imaging...

I decided to go for the x300a and subwoofer, but I did not compare them to the NAD + Dali combination. Other speakers that are recommended many times are those from Genelec and AVI.
