Is the X4200 at the same level as the Pioneer SC-LX59 and Marantz R7010 (both look to be at a different price point)? It is also true that Denon and Marantz are the same internally?

I have Mission Cinema 7 speakers at the front, Yamaha surrounds at the back and a REL Q50 subwoofer.

I am thinking of replacing my old Onkyo TX-SR875 with a newer AV receiver either a Pioneer SC-LX59 or Marantz SR7010. Which one would you recommend and what sort of difference in sound should I expect between my old amp and the Pioneer or Marantz (I plan to use it in 5.1 and then add 2 speakers...
