    Right to the receiver, no headphone amp. I much prefer listening to speakers than to headphones.

    I really listened today with my beyerdynamic 990's on and I can't tell the difference. Maybe I should just spend money on records instead. No problem with that of course, when I was looking at cartridges, I ended up buying two records.

    through an input that's labeled "AV2" - two rca's - and one more rca above the the two inputs labeled "video." In theory that might be a line in just like any other line in. I decided to get the Denon because it has a plain old Aux input (that and some updated AV features).
