The Mac and Cno Belfast outing

Thanks Insider, Like Cno said it does take years... I'd say it's only been in the last 10 years that I started to get it right and once the children had grown up enough I started to have the time, and most importantly the funds to be able to experiment to get where I am today. It will be...

The Mac and Cno Belfast outing

I look forward to it, be here before you know it. I asked Cno about a new amp at the weekend, but I got the impression that it will be a wee while before it happens. Mac www.realmusicnet.wordpress.com

The Mac and Cno Belfast outing

hmmm that's a hard question to answer... sadly as much as I love class A, I couldn't live with the 35I, not because of its performance, it's just the heat and power consumption puts me right off, but for anyone who that wouldn't be an issue, you'd struggle to find a better amp for the money and...

However, we did go for some nice refreshments afterwards and they met my extended family from...

    Folk/Acoustic albums

I understand and that's exactly how I judge an album, neither would I buy either of those artists, but thought they might appeal to you. Do you like Bert Jansch? Randy Edelman is very hard to find, loads of film scores, but there is a best of on Spotify. Mac www.realmusicnet.wordpress.com

    Folk/Acoustic albums

Thanks Cno... didn't think I was going to like it, first track very bluesy, but on the whole very enjoyable, he likes a bit of Sitar which I find very atmospheric and great guitar work. If you like that, try Michael Chapman and his album 50, there's a particularly great track called The Mallad...
