Good stuff Bretty. I've not heard any Exposure kit - how did the sound differ to the Quad?

Hey Koolkeith Its about 200ml from the base of the cabinet to the top of the back plate. The jumper provided is a triple so you'll need cable jumpers.

Just wanted to say thank you for your advice/ideas about using tape out for sound in another room. I picked up a trends audio ta 10.1 second hand and plugged it into tape out hoping I could then run speakers for the kitchen. It works a treat. So now I can play whats playing in the the front...

Don't forget the Quad Cdp2. A great cdp with both optical and digital inputs.

I had a good sit down with the '40s last night and moved them into a few different positions around the room (easier said than done on your own!) I've had the speakers out into the room and was surprised at how different they sounded when put more into a corner. The bass goes crazy! Not totally...

Fwiw Audio Emotion provided a 5 year guarantee on the LFD kit I bought and collected without a question when there was a problem. I really rate the service Mark and Gary offer - a top outfit with some great kit.

I think I actually sold them through W*gw*m in the end.

Not sure how new it is but it seems pretty well run... I had a stack of enquiries for my proacs from it.

Yep. I use a rothwell one at the moment and really like it. I'd love a posh Music first one but they cost a fortune!
