hi. i am wondering if anyone has any experience of the pathos logos vs ethos? i have auditioned the ethos was was very impressed. however, i prefer the styling of the logos. do they sound essentially the same? any info would be much appreciated. cheers john

thanks for the replies guys. i think you might be right. i definately do not want anything over aggressive. i think the pathos will give a good compromise between clarity/detail vs listenability (not a word - i know). i do not want an overly warm, typical valve sound. but would prefer a...

thanks for the reply. my current speakers are farely neutral i think. i certainly dont want anything to aggresive but at the same time not too coloured either. i like the idea of the pathos. it could be the best balance of the 2 technologies. i want detail without fatigue with long listening...

Hi all. i recently purchased a townsend rock 2 with exalibur/dynavector 17d3. i am looking to purchase a phono stage to match the 17d3. does anyone have this combo or have any recmomendations? i will likely go 2nd hand as i will get more bang for my buck. thanks
