I heard the ELAC with i32. They produced the sound what you are looking for. And for a floorstander, the 407 is quite fast. The Vela line is mor forgiving than the older version, but the older 407 still has that freshness I love. With the PMC I have no experience.

I have QA 3030i, and for 6*6m I would go with the QA 3050i. The CXA 61 will have the power to have a nice sound. Naturally for a good party level, later you will need something stronger. But first step is clearly the speaker in this case.
