Naim + Neat ... I've heard of that combo before and would concur. I had a Naim Uniti Lite and a Naim Nait 5 pushing Iotas, and it sounded great.

Love the "drabness" of those amplifiers - so booring, yet so attractive. Secondly, how good of AEJ to provide such insight into the processes and thoughts - makes for interesting reading.

Kupids look to be priced at same levels as Oberon 1s ... so that could be an interesting match up.

Kind of agree with nopiano (notwithstanding we wired the apartment for ethernet) so I use wired where it is easy (and for work), but acknowledge that WiFi via the U6 is probably just as fast / stable (other than for the ten year old Naim Uniti - where wired is a must).

I have a variety of the U6 in my 180m2 brick walled apartment and it works a treat (and has done so for five years). Agree with D that the U7 is overkill, but I expect the delta in price to the U6 is neglible in the grand scheme of things (i.e. the cost of installation). You'll need POE to run...

I was recently in the same predicament and purchased Dali Oberon 1s for a compromised listening position. Would recommend and am happy. That said, Neat partners well with Naim, and could be in that price range second hand. If you could get some Neat Iotas, that would be my recommendation.
