Hi, I've just bought a marantz cd6007, and there' a clear mains hum from the unit itself- not in the sound output. My first thought is magnetostriction in the transformer. I can hear it up to 2m away in a quiet room. My old player was silent in this regard, as is my amp, and everything else...
