    Thanks Alears. We'll go back to B&Q with the brackets and seek advice from them! Does the size also depend on the weight of the speakers or is it mainly about the wall?

    Hi there, We've bought Q Acoustics 2000 speakers and wall brackets. Went to buy screws - 8x40mm - recommended in blurb, but DIY shop hasn't got any. Is there an alternative? Any advice gratefully received. thanks, jazzy
