Just bought a pair of Amazon Ear Buds and I need to use the large ear wings for my huge ears but when they are on, the buds won't fit snugly in the box and so won't connect to the charging points. Any thoughts or is it just me?

Sadly, it didn't help at all. Seems it's a bug. Hopefully it'll be fixed at some stage with a software update.

I had already checked the picture settings before posting. The option to change the ratio is greyed out, presumably because I'm using a Sky box rather than the built-in Freeview.
