Maybe a turntable and phone stage. Haven't a clue where to start though. My partner and I have a small LP collection, leftovers from our teenage years. Would be nice to go down the vinyl route.

Sugden A21 se and opera callas speakers

I have never heard a Yamaha Amplifier but from what you say about yours and saying it's very close to the sugden I bet it sounds nice.sounds like you have a good amplifier.

I listen to all types of music, from heavy metal to Jazz and my Sugden and Opera speakers get my feet tapping. OK not at party level volumes but loud enough.

You are correct CNO class A isn't warm and cuddly and yes supremely musical. You expect the Luxman to sound significantly better than the Sugden. Well I shouldn't probably do this but I definitely going to listen to a luxman and compare it to my sugden. Just out of curiosity of course.

HI Blacksabbath25 Sounds like you had an interesting day. Your remarks about the sugden ring very true. Marvellous Amplifier and plenty power enough. I am interested in your comments as I recently purchased the se version. How did you find the base control?

What sparked my interest in Hifi was my mothers love of Rock n Roll and Heavy Metal. Every day when I came home from school in the 80's my mother would be listening to Various Rock music, more often than not Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath or Iron Maiden. I really have no clue as to the system...

As someone who recently spent a large chunk of Euros on a new system, I would definitely say Hifi is worth the cost to myself. Since purchasing my partner have barley turned on the TV and have spent countless late nights listening to music, we have derived so much pleasure from our listening...
