    Good point, but the Synology forum is beyond my understanding, as I'm a cat. My human managed to fix it after much googling. Reset and reinstalled the software, and now it works!

    I am entering the correct user name and password, but cannot log in. Any help would be much appreciated. I logged in here using our cats fb account, so miaow to you too! :-)

    I've got a synology nas drive today. I have set it up, and installed an update. Now I can't log into it using Quickconnect. Help!!!
