    Looking for the Best Portable Music Experience for Long Stays in Hospital

    I'd also take a look at the new Fiio X1. Only £99 and it plays most formats including hi res. That said, I play spotify through an iPad with a Fiio E07 amp/dac with Philips Fidelio L2 headphones and that's good enough for me. Good luck and here's hoping you have a comfy stay in hospital.
